I understand the need for a closed back set of heapphones. I have sennheiser 558's and there great. But if I'm listening to music even kinda loud you can hear it in the hallway.
I have been looking at the beyerdynamic dt 770. audio technica ath-m50 is a good choice too. They are a little old but have fantastic reviews.

Microphone are designed to pick up noise, so you won't find one which won't pick up your key noise. As my friend Oktyabr suggested, a mic on low gain close to your mouth will help make you louder than your surroundings, but you sill need a noise gate in teamspeak. For recording, you're simply going to have to do some post processing or get a new keyboard.

A low gain mic close to your mouth might help eliminate some of the ambient noises like your keyboard but if you go that route I would highly recommend you look at buying the mic and headphones separately, unless you are on a very tight budget.  Most of the integrated ones will not supply either the mic or the headphone quality that a good pair of separates, working together will, for roughly the same price.  A zalman clip on mic is under $10.  An antlion boom mic that attaches to headphones is under $40.  Both will be superior recording quality over most built in ones.

I spent a whole day this week looking at USB microphones.  The Go Mic looks very, very good for the price.  I almost bought it.  I spent $16 more on a Blue Snowball instead because I already owned a goose neck stand that helps to isolate it from desktop vibrations that can conduct sound, like noisy keys, etc.  The Go Mic will likely do a very good job but you aren't going to get away entirely from picking up noise made within a few feet of it, no matter what you buy.

Does the IEM have a microphone? The front jack might not like that and is causing some problems.

They're mostly the same thing.

Sounds like a grounding issue maybe, does the headphone plug fit all the way into the jack in the front? If so re-seat your audio header and make sure its on the right pins.

Most people here that say "PCMasterRace" or something like that are being sarcastic and don't actually mean it. We know that there are reasons, drawbacks and advantages to both consoles and PC.

Honestly, yes. After I got some purple keycaps and some Tek Syndicate keycaps, I ended up turning the LED's off and leaving them off. Being that I am able to touch type, they didn't seem needed anymore and when playing games, they actually distracted me. I'm actually getting a Filco next week and using the Shine for travelling from then on.

I find that a good keyboard with your most favorite keyset plus the dim lighting from your monitor would look sexier compare to those LED keyboards

It does happen. A tip I've learned from talking to pro audio engineers when they mix is that they'll switch between 2, 3 or maybe more sets of monitors to keep their ears 'light on their feet' as it were. So they don't get used to the sound of one set and compromise their mix. You could get 2 or 3 pairs of headphones that you like and swap between to get less bored of the sound signatures. Could be something to try?
