Yeah GTA V does this too. It's also not bad too use 100% GPU load as that means you don't have a cpu bottleneck

I would love to see someone actually benchmark these programs and compile a list of the ones that are actually helpful. I would love to have an arsenal of tools available to fix software issues and optimize performance on my PC. Currently, with so many options available and with so many of them potentially being hazardous, it's hard to justify.
 
I agree about CCleaner, though. I have been using it for years and it is very transparent about what it does and does exactly what it advertises. Not sure about the registry fixes, though.

Registry Cleaners are always gonna be pretty useless, and/or potentially dangerous to the OS. CCleaner and other stuff that clears temp files is fine though

are you manually partitioning it!?!? you should not! you should let windows auto partition it
remove all partitions from the SSD before installing

no, if I remember right that keyboard has two USB ports right? if thats correct, the passthrough is quite literally its own cable. It won't add any latency.

Anyway, personally I think you should stick with #1. From the post, you only had one interaction with her and it sounds like you barely know her, and unless you begin to become friends with her, it is quite awkward to ask out someone that you don't know.

Also very important - make sure you buy a real CPU at all
