Pentiums only come in dual core. For a trye quad core you need an i5 or an i3 for 2 cores 4 threads (fake quad core)

Which wattage is it.... more than likely it should, but also depends on your cpu, the 10 series gpu's arent very power hungry so as long as you have the rught connectors you should be fine. A 450 watt power supply can usually run these systems.

When I say mod the BIOS I mean flash a custom made one (it's not hard to make one, you just take the current BIOS and add more CPUs to the supported list, as shown on the delidded.com guide) that would support the CPU.
