I need to know does my system bottleneck if I have a i3 6100 and intall a GTX 780 ti ?

Depends on the game - on the surface the cpu will defiantly be a bottleneck in multi threaded games, and every system has a bottleneck, youll gain more frames by upgrading your GPU rather than your cpu right now if you had to chose.
