    Definitely an inverter generator. It produces cleaner power than a standard generator.

    Almost no one "NEEDS" an SSD. HDD's are fine if you don't mind waiting an extra second for your browsers to load or your enemies to spawn. the only thing an SSD will do for your computer is reduce the amount of time you need to wait to do things. If you don't mind waiting a moment or two here and there, then you don't need an SSD

    Total guess here, but there may be a partition on the Samsung drive for recovery. You can see if this is the case, by going into Disk Management.

    This will definitely be a very nice looking build, but I have 2 suggestions.  
     
    You chose a locked cpu but a motherboard that allows for overclocking. I know you are going for a certain color scheme, which would explain this chose, but getting the i5-6600k would allow you to overclock and and make the motherboard chose more practical.
     
    Also I would suggest getting 16gb of ram

    What OS? a 32 bit os can only use 3gb of ram.  Make sure you have a 64 bit version

    You could try downloading the needed driver from this page, 9200 Drivers, to a flash drive then load it onto your computer.

    I'm sorry I don't have a suggestion for you, but I wanted to provide you with my thoughts on this idea. I would find this very intrusive if I brought my computer to you and when I got home it asked me to leave a review every time I started it up. In fact I would not go back to you or recommend your shop because of it. I don't mean to sound so harsh but I want to be honest. I think you would be better off asking for an e-mail address and sending them an e-mail after they have picked up their computer. I would also include a business card or a sheet of paper with the computer when you return it to them asking them to leave a review.
