Go to solution Solved by Psycosis86,

You could try downloading the needed driver from this page, 9200 Drivers, to a flash drive then load it onto your computer.

Hi I just started up my old Dell Dimension 9200 (yes i know its old) I used a Windows XP boot disc because it did not boot right anyways I lost all my settings and drivers and tried to connect a ethernet cord and did not work I tried to look it up to fix it my self but could not find anything so if you could help me that would be great thanks :D (edit) could you also help me with a full reset of all data you don't have to but if you did you get a small loan of 1,000,000$ lol jk thanks

Go to Dell's support page, punch in the service tag for it, and you should have literally every driver for the PC at your fingertips.

I have an OptiPlex 170L, OptiPlex 760, and a Latitude E4300 and that's the process it took for all of them.

Not to mention the dozens of other old Dells I've had to work on.
