This is somewhat possible to do. I once tested it and worked somewhat fine for browsing. Gaming is also possible but I'm not sure if it's enjoyable.

Have you increased the CPU voltage?
Does your motherboard have the most recent BIOS drivers?

My monitor that i have has 60hz my wifes monitor has 75 hz, when we play the same game there is litterally no difference in smoothnes or anything 15 hz more wont change your gaming experience.
 
Leave it like it is, and don't change anything.

its 10-15 frames, it is not THAT noticable, i would say keep 60 and up your graphics since your laptop is rendering the extra frames but you are not seeing them anyways, but at 10 frames? risking it isnt worth it. just make it look better and keep the 60hz, in my opinion

nope it doesn't use Bluetooth. the first xbox control interface to use Bluetooth was the controllers on the xbox one s

I'm just gonna guess no, since the Xbox 360 'regular' controllers use a proprietary 2,4Ghz signal, as opposed to using Bluetooth for example.
Assuming this controller connects the same way Xbox 360 controllers do; it wont work with Bluetooth.

The cable can go either way or just one. This shouldn't happen with DP cables though.
From what I understood, you have a laptop with 2 MINI DPS and a monitor with a normal DP and you can't connect them together.

Oh wow it just now randomly downloaded when i tried to install it on the ssd and deleted the folder. It showed 0 bytes/second and then randomly downloaded

I got some heavy games and I still have lots of spare space.
If he does have the money though, yea go for a 2TB hdd but I think a 250GB ssd would be a better investment.

when i had a similar issue on my fx8320 i had to back off the oc a little to make it stable again. i couldn't raise my voltage anymore, my mobo could supply more than 1.35v even if i set the voltage to 1.5v. that was when i had my oc set to 4.4GHz and backed it down to 4.2GHz and got it stable on all cores.
 
try to raise the voltage a little to see if that helps. temps will rise a little so keep on eye on those.
