welp. i'm buying this phone regardless with a red dbrand skin.

My current dying phone htc one m8 is breaking down real bad

To me at least it's just getting way too expensive.
 
While it's still good value, in the us at least for $170 more you could buy a true flagship like the htc u11 or iPhone 7, both of which have better camera, better screen, etc.
 
The prices of OnePlus phones have been steadily increasing over the years which is what is bothering me.

im not sure if i wanna go lower than 1.32 because it will start crashing and doing bsod, and its really annoying  but i will note that up.

JayzTwoCents made a video saying he ran his old Intel CPU at a extreme OC for 7 years and he only got a new CPU because the motherboard died. People also love to say that OC kills CPUs... CPUs are not fragile components.

High temps under load is a completely subjective thing.  I personally don't have any issues with my chip running 80+ while I know it's under a heavy load such as AVX and the like.

i used MSI after burner to clock it. Heaven benchmark to bench it.

gtx 980ti with evga hybrid kit
i7-2600k (5-6 years old cpu) OCed to 4.5Ghz (stock 3.4ghz) with kraken x41 cooler
8gb ripjaw 1600
1tb hdd
850w evga supernova b2
 
After you acquired a stable oc on the benchmark, make sure you go ingame to test if its stable.
 
i had a stable oc on 1450 OC without artifatcs and stuff but after going in witcher 3 i started to see missing texture and so on. had to turn my core down to 1425 till its stable

If you have witcher 3. that is a good game to test it.
 
Valley and Heaven benchmark is good too.

i overclocked my card and i didnt see any artifacts on the benchmark and it was stable. when i went to test it ingame (Witcher 3) i saw missing textures and stuff.

people really thing CS:GO is a demanding game? fk me sideways

after going to 1450 i started to see artifacts. 1430 is the max for my card without adding voltage

only console players accept 30fps.
 
almost all pc players play at 60fps and 30 fps is unbearable.

why in the world would you just minimize the game and think nothing is gonna happen? when you minimize the game, the game is basically still running but not on your screen (borderless windowed mode).

Quit being lazy and start closing programs like a normal pc gamer.

not sure about that psu, but otherwise it looks ok.
 
its a shame that you need to buy the screen too. there would be lot more options without it
