Yes, easily. In fact is over kill just for CS:GO

No it won't, the CPU won't run on that AMD board.

CS is quite random in terms of how much FPS you'll get now. As long as you have a 4th Gen Intel CPU and a 7850/660 you should easily get 200+ min

I have the same CPU and GPU, and yes. You'll hit 144FPS no problem.
