Yes, easily. In fact is over kill just for CS:GO

yes, yes it can. my 5yo laptop could run that game at those settings. at around 35-45 fps if it was still breathing (i salute my old friend and will recycle it properly)

No it won't, the CPU won't run on that AMD board.

you're mixing an intel CPU and amd motherboard.

 

so it cant play cs:go because your parts dont work together.

 

swap out the motherboard for he MSI Z97 krait

CS is quite random in terms of how much FPS you'll get now. As long as you have a 4th Gen Intel CPU and a 7850/660 you should easily get 200+ min

I have the same CPU and GPU, and yes. You'll hit 144FPS no problem.
