Best thing to prevent viruses and a high quality ad blocker, ublock origin is the one I'd recommend

Then they should have been backed up. If you can use safe mode I would recommend moving files and program data to a second drive and then reinstalling windows and some kind of backup program.

I would try the setting first as it is easier to reset the setting than a bricked mobo from a bios update. If the setting does not fix it then consider updating the bios.

imho G403 is a very nice mouse, it's very light and yes the 3366 is one of the best sensors in the world

Coil whine is dependent on so many other factors. The biggest is load. My psu will whine when under a just right load. High loads and it goes away. Or if vibration is just right, I can stop a fan and it will go away. If it's a big enough issue you can open the psu and use paper to shim the coil's core so that there is no room to vibrate although i would not really recommend this.

I don't see using an adblocker as theft, but what they tried is definitely theft. 

Just makes ads nice and no on will use adblockers. The forum ad is very nice and scales with the website. All this popup, auto play, non scaling stuff is what drives me insane
