Most names I've seen on pc's were because they were based on something. eg. Bitwits 'Hotline'- is based on hotline miami 
I have a friend who really likes catwoman so she named her pc selina and based all the parts on the costume from a comic.

Steam family sharing wont let both people play at the same time, also, you need a unique activation code for social club which you cannot use on a new account or different steam account, I tried this two days ago and I have to login to my cousins social club to play.

I wouldn't bet on it, but since you've taken it apart multiple times, I suggest contacting the retailer's customer service to see if you can send in the PSU for an RMA, there is a change that your motherboard is defective, but I'm not sure how you might be able to narrow down the issue.

It makes sense to wait for the 'Skylake-E' CPUs. Presumably they'll offer proper PCIe RAID support too, so you can have a nice Intel 750 RAID 0 to boot from...

BeamNG is insanely taxing on all your components, so that's to be expected. Are all your drivers updated and/or installed? Maybe try to do a fresh install if your drive is a mess (and upgrade to W10 if you haven't done so).

R9 390 as good for a lower price IF you're overclocking. watch JayzTwoCents review:
