i'm just happy there's more affordable stuff for poor people like me lol

4690K, especially if you have that cooler, but you wont be able to OC with that mobo

4460. You should be able to find one cheaper than the 4690k, they're not that much slower, and you don't have to replace your motherboard to get the most out of it.
 
It's not so much your GPU being bottlenecked by the CPU, as it is the CPU being unable to properly render newer titles.

Get that aluminum radiator out of your system ASAP. 

This. Mixed metal systems like that are just begging for corrosion issues on ALL parts FAST.
 

Also, silver and nickel are getting close to being dissimilar metals.  Aluminum is much worse though

You should be fine with the plating since this block was made with the newer plating process after we had our flaking issue.
 
If possible I would ditch that radiator because the specifications says that the water tunnels are made of aluminum so in contact with the water in the loop....which is not a good thing.

Later on my buddy who started off with a green build fell in love with the case too, but he wasn't a fan of the razer edition so he decided to let me custom paint a black s340 to a green & black s340. His little brother is quite the csgo player so we decided that his build will be in a nzxt s340 blue & black. When we realised the colors we had matched the powerpuff girls we thought it was pretty cool so we named our build after the girls. Bubbles is still in planning since we're having some logistics issues but the other two are almost finished.

It's actually being rebuilt temporarily right now as I type but we plan to mod it the front to be a custom loop with a 360mm rad in front. I'll hit you up when it's done
