If you are willing to pay money for the program, primocache is a pretty good caching software. I don't use it to cache hard drives, but do use it as an 16 GB ram cache for my main ssd array.
It does however have good functionality for using an ssd for cache and it's very easy to use.

hmmm... that is a pretty intiresting setup, as you asked, games only load better on SSDs(in RAID 0 or not), I would put the OS on the PCIE SSD, cause if you put it on the 4 SSDs in RAID 0, you would have much greater chance of one of them failing and loosing your OS, maybe if you wouldn't put ANYTHING on there, no apps, nothing, maybe you wouldn't mind if you lost the OS, you could just install another copy of Windows
 
EDIT: I would put your most used data on the SSDs and OS on the PCIE SSD

I already ordered 700D+15-55mm lens(just a basic one ) and Rode VideoMic Pro, I already have a tripod... I hope that will be a great combo. What do you thing guys?

To do list: plasti-dip CPU waterblocks outer part red
                plasti-dip the blue RAM red
                perfect the hole in the case under the 5,25 inch bays
                make the run between the 240 rad and the 360 rad cleaner(the one that goes through the hole)
                sleeve the pump cable
                that is all I can think of right now

so... as the title says, this is my 1st ever build, so if I have anything imperfect, just let me know and don't immediately hate me . The backstory for it is just that I got into computers through LTT videos and wanted to build a PC and cause I needed better perofrming PC than I had(It was some pc from HP, I do not even know the specs now ).
Lets get to it!!

Really nice build so far.... I'm looking to see more. BTW how didi you paint the mobo with the plastidip? I suppose you had a Plastidip spray and you covered all the connectors and sockets with masking tape right?

Or maybe a heater for acrylic tubing?

My 1TB WD caviar black does the same... I heard that pretty much just the black caviars do it(or do it louder then some other HDDs), do not worry about it, it is normal

Don't waste money on a gaming laptop. Get a nice desktop. ITX if he wants portability.

Painting it red and putting stripes on it will make it go faster.

I agree with LukaP. You won't see a difference for the tasks you will do, you would benefit from the 4960x or 4930k if you would do massive and heavy editing or rendering and that kind of stuff, you can invest more money on other stuff if you will buy a 4670k or 4770k, these 2 are the best options for you, cause you won't be wasting money, but also not suffering on performance

And you mean just best overall or best bang/buck? Cause if it was bang for buck I'd say i5-4670k

I would spend $15 more and get something from Koolance or XSPC for the rad.  At least then your getting copper/brass cores instead of aluminum...
