JebKerman got a reaction from STRMfrmXMN in Which psu?
which GPU(s)?
I'd take the seasonic directly below the VP600P over the VP600P.
but this would be much better if it's not too expensive: http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=9817

JebKerman got a reaction from Bajantechnician in Connecting 2 AIO Liquid Cooler's to a Mini-ITX motherboard
the motherboard has several PWM fan headers (same type as CPU) you should be able to use those.
but why do you need 2?

JebKerman got a reaction from mikat in Intel HD4400Mobile & Intel HD4600Desktop
probably down to the fact that desktop CPUs usually have a dedicated GPU along side them to handle stuff like that

JebKerman got a reaction from Steven9595 in One 500GB SSD or Two 250GB SSD's?
1 is more reliable (fewer points of failure) 2 is twice as fast.
tbh i find 1 SSD to be easily fast enough, though your mileage may vary.

JebKerman got a reaction from Memories4K in Max Overclock Recommendation
iirc 65 degrees C is the throttling point for FX CPUs so probably aim for 60 as max temp. increase it until that point.

JebKerman got a reaction from melias24 in video to explain everything about pc hardware?
my first one was the same as pcman said. but maybe some LTT tech quickie or build guides would also help.

JebKerman got a reaction from TheRandomness in EK R5E Monoblock - cpu block question
a mono-block is a single unit (hence, "mono") made for a specific motherboard/series in this case the ASUS Rampage V Extreme. it will ONLY fit that motherboard. My best guess is that it will be basically the same as the system/water channels used for the X99 Supremacy EVO CPU blocks

JebKerman got a reaction from Patrick Bateman in CPU overclocking failure - Dead PSU (with d*cpics)
I got a post error, saying my voltage was too high. When i got to the bios it was reading 4 point something V, either way, my chip survived, so either they're a bit hardier than expected, or the motherboard was getting a funky reading somehow.

JebKerman got a reaction from The_Stig in CPU overclocking failure - Dead PSU (with d*cpics)
Voltage X Current equals Power. power roughly equals heat. plastic melts. i accidentally applied 4 V (for like 5 seconds) because i didn't configure my adaptive voltage correctly.
I was attepting to find an explanation as to what could produce enough heat to melt a power connector.
