You could sell it and just use a GT 1030/ RX 550 if returning the i7 is out of the question. Still leaves you probably $500 for a next gen GPU.

Get a 2x4GB memory kit to take advantage of dual channel memory. Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory is a little more expensive but it has better timings.

A 550W psu should be more than enough power. The new Focus Plus Gold are excellent and Seasonic has them very well priced.

In order to fit the budget I would suggest a different case. Good looks with excellent cooling.

The D15 is about the best air cooler you can get. The R1 Ultimate is only a few degrees worse though, and looks better IMO.
You could also look into the Dark Rock Pro 4, but I'm not sure if it's out yet.
If you really like the D15, you could get the Chroma accessories; but it'd greatly increase the cost.

Namely, if you don't have a GPU right now, you should be getting a Ryzen APU system, as it'll let you do some 1080p gaming without a dedicated GPU

Just post your budget and monitor resolution/refresh rate in the other thread, and any parts you already have

    https://www.eteknix.com/cooler-master-212-led-cpu-cooler-review/5/
I'd suggest going with a cheaper alternative like the Kotetsu: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7998TW/scythe-cpu-cooler-scktt1000
It performs better than the 212 LED and doesn't cost much more. https://elchapuzasinformatico.com/2013/12/review-scythe-kotetsu/5/

@babadoctor an AIO is an all in one liquid cooler. I use the h100i v2 and it allows me to overclock my 7700k to 5.2Ghz without any issues in terms of heating. The only downside is if you're not careful, you can damage the components.

If air cooling is your thing, you could try the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3.I can't really think of much else since I'm more into AIO's

Epoch runs on UTC, which is 8 hours ahead of PST.

You'd be able to do this by taking the epoch time, then subtracting 28,800,000 from it. The only issue there is when you hit daylight savings time, in that case it'd be PDT, needing one less hour removed. (I think... My brain doesn't like working with timezones)

Each page load uses up enough bandwidth as it is, without allowing people to have enormous gifs that will probably just annoy people. However, larger profile picture caps is an unadvertised benefit of forum contributors (Bronze/Silver/Gold) if you really want larger profile pictures.
