Have you considered the Full Frame Canon 6D? I know for sure it's a great option for video people looking for full frame. It also delivers the benefits for stills/photos. The pricepoint you mention with the 5d Mii isn't appealing for me. The newer sensor/controls/menus/functionality of newer canon bodies is much less of a hassle

I like it, its smaller and has improved in many ways over the 60D. Though it looks like a 'pro-Rebel'. Still waiting on the 7D mark II though, I'll stick to my 60D for now

If you're under a tight budget then go for whatever gets the bang for you buck. If you're budget is kind of loose, maybe try configuring a system with an Intel CPU

Going with Android will allow you to be more flexible, not as limited like iOS. There are lots of possibilities made possible by the many apps, roms, mods, etc contributed by the large community.

You're 'upgrading' your GTX 670? Dang!!! Well as the others said, get the Titan because one card is better than multiple. It allows you to get guaranteed performance in your games unlike setups involving SLI or crossfire where performance varies.

How close is your speakers to the area where you move your mouse? Are the speakers on top your desk? If that's the case, you are hearing static because of Electromagnetic interference. You can fix the static by moving your speaker a little farther from your speaker.

The 7950 would probably be a better choice because of its higher VRAM.
