SO the world has gone to SH** and you can have one part from your computer what do you save.

 

I vote sata cables. Nearly forgot if so some random reason the part is associated in any way to EA then it cant be chosen.

the magnet in the hard drive is some crazy next level stuff it would probably have some uses and you could probably sharpen those platters into something vicious.

Actually if i had g skill ripjaws i could use them as knifes and then i could dual wield them. Together we would become kings of the world till meet anyone with patriot memory.

Im glad im not the only one who thinks about this in depth. Im not as extreme as a preeper but I like to think I could be fully loaded and out the door and off to safety within 5 minutes.

SSD, and 4 HDD's at the moment. When I get more HDD's I think id have to make an apocalypse SSD that I can leave somewhere safe to just grab rather than fumbling around in my PC.

PSU is the only thing I can think that might be usable in any other situation, if only for converting voltage.

i chose the fan. i know the magnets and disks in a hdd would be usefull, but with the fan i could have a few practical uses. i'm not giving up my airconditioning.

I could use my HDD to clobber someone to death, or I could grab my PSU by the cables and swing it around for momentum and range or strangle people with it... once I get a mechanical keyboard I might use that instead.

Defo the hardrive in hope that sometime in the future, someone will be able to savage all that valuable data saved on it, not to forget all the pr0n! :D

No matter how high grade components I could possibly put into my computer, the most valuable things in it is my data. So whatever happens, I will protect my data. All my drives are coming with me.
