    probably. look on manufactures website to see if they list a maximum cooler height I would probably be most worried about memory clearance.

    Hmm, it looks like they would be passive RCA speakers, but I could be wrong. 
    If that's the case, then a DAC won't cut it. You would need an amp with an amped RCA output.

    I'm a serious procrastinator, but this works for me:
    Set a timer and work for 20 minutes then break for 5 minutes, and every third break should be 20 minutes. Also listen to music when you work, that helps.

    It is possible to run 32 bit programs on a 64 bit os but not vice versa, so you should be fine.

    From your description of everything, It has to be a problem with the router.
