Galaxy Issues GTX 780 Ti Recalls, MOSFETS Exploding.

Galaxy has issued a recall for several GTX 780 Ti batches for a defect that literally causes the mosfets to explode and destroy the card.
This defect is present on the reference design of the Galaxy GTX 780 Ti.
The issue apparently has affected Galaxy cards only, so avoid those in the meantime.

Well Chiphell said there would be defects but never said who exactly. They said NVIDIA but this is apparently only occurring on Galaxy cards. Maybe this will cause them to step up even more in quality control?

The 300 series is code named Pirate Islands, perhaps AMD named it after that because it's going to unearth a buried treasure.... but Maxwell might show up on the island and ruin the party by stealing the booty.

galaxy have made adjustment to the pcb of the gtx 780ti which Nvidia DID NOT GIVE THE PREMISSION TO DO

GALAXY cards are exploding. nvidia's design is fine - they don't make them, they provide the reference design. Galaxy manufactures their own. They obviously failed
