It's best not to mix metals that come in contact with the coolant. They can react and start corroding. So look into what your radiator is made of and get the same. Copper is better than aluminum or nickel but likely more expensive.

Irrelevant

When u see nickel blocks, they are usually just nickel plated copper.

Both metals are fine to use together, they don't react.

U'll probably find that the blocks are not 'pure' copper anyway and are infact an allow with 90% copper 10% nickel to prevent corrosion.
