Weird black screen?

So, i was browsing the internet when suddenly the browser started to lag!  I stopped a few seconds later, then my monitor began to blink! Atleast 5 seconds later the whole screen whent black with only my cursor, everything else was powered on. It was fixed by restarting my PC (which was also on). Any ideas how this happened or why this happened?

1TB NVM.E SSD

3TB 5400 WD HDD

Probably just Windows acting weird. It can do all sorts of stuff: make errors, lag, BSOD for no reason, so probably some random Windows' bug

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

Could be an issue with your GPU.
