The HX line by Corsair is pretty solid. I had an HX750 for several years. It powered my old SLI config.

It still works and the only reason I didn't reuse it for my current build was because I didn't need 750w and I wanted something with fanless mode. (Using a 650RMx PSU in the new rig)

 

 

If you plan on buying new, there's better options out there (like the RMi/RMx series from Corsair themselves, among many others from other vendors).

 

If you're getting a used/secondhand PSU that happens to be an HX750i, then you'll have a fine PSU on your hands that you can put into most any build without worry.
