I'd get an AiO if you're just going with a 240mm CPU loop. If you want expandability, get an EK Predator.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

My BuildPCPartPicker | CoC

ive updated the first post with my budget on

is this just for the CPU? because adding a GPU will cost over $100 more

for first time watercooling you should do soft tubing, not hardline

there is a lot less risk of ruining your PC

i would recommend you buy a kit from EK or XSPC or alphacool

they will have everything you need and its about your budget
