My thermaltake tr2 keeps it right at 80 degrees celcius.BTW it is a lga775 prescott @ 3.6 ghz on an intel D915GAV.

Even applied arctic silver thermal paste. It still remains very hot.

Which one?

There are tons of options. For cheap, the Cooler MasterHhyper 212 evo is good, same with the Hyper TX3 if you need something smaller. The Hyper 101i would probably be better than what you have now, but you could even try other fans on your current cooler(it uses a 92mm fan).

I myself have made a custom cooler with a ceramic dual sided electrically cooled/heated.Should I install it in my Dino?

I personally wouldn't know much about it (not really sure what exactly you're trying to get at with it), but the 212 EVO and TX3 are tried and true methods.

 

And what in the hell are you doing to make that thing run so freakishly hot on that cooler? I had a Prescott P4 (stock at 3.2GHz) OC'd to 3.7 on the same cooler and I was getting 75C loads...
