I have no objections to that build, but I would think over case that You chose. If You want to do water cooling in this case, I would consider buying NZXT S340.

Sorry for my low english, but I'm trying my best  ;)

Use pcpartpicker.com please. Very hard to comment on a part list that not specific, e.g. how much memory & what configuration. In general, the build seems far more expensive than needed.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

id say for first build dont water cool (im guessing ur new to computers in terms of gear and building sorry if im wrong) but i avoided water cooling on most my builds due to more components to fail there more of a headache and it just safer as if mine was to be a bad one and leaked i couldn't afforded to replace my parts :) but if u want a water cooling go with a AIO first as if it fails u can blame someone else and try get them to replace ur stuff if u build it its on u for if it leaks and ye apart from that good build cant see anything bad with it good luck :) if you do go for custom water loop look at jayz2cents on youtube for advise on what to do properly and what not

I know this build my run me a bit I guess you can say my limit will be $2,500 as I'm building this computer for business and pleasure. So the money I'm going to spend is going to be made back. As far as the case I like it at the time and I already have it unfortunately in the motherboard it's on the way. I was thinking about taking the drive cages out and mounting the SSD & the HDD in the back of the case and put another radiator & mounting the reservoir / pump in the space under the optical drive case. just an idea

well the last computer I build was a long time ago and running these types of program like Adobe Suite, & Web Developer Program simultaneously at the same time was way too slow for me sometimes the computer would crash.

I would suggest a less expensive motherboard. Something like Asus X99-A/USB 3.1 ATX LGA2011-3 should have all the features you want.

X99 supports quad-channel memory operation. Buy a quad-channel memory kit for optimal performance. I would suggest something like G.Skill Value 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 .

Instead of a SATA III ssd, get a 4-lane PCIe 3.0 M.2 drive like Samsung SM951 256GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive. Up to 32Gb/s - over 4 times faster than SATA III.

EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply is an excellent psu that is substantially less expensive than the AX860i.

get a Nepton 240m... way quieter then the corsair AIOs, and a tidbit cooler (1-2c)

get a NZXT H440... the phantom series looks cool, but having owned the Phantom and Phantom 820 (the super huge one) i can tell ou this. They are annoying to work with in many regards and does not lend themselves much to practicality at all. looks good, is horrible to work with (especialyl getting top and front panel off... that is a bitch and NZXT never improved their plastic peg system)

I also forgot to mention that I'm going to be using the rig for gaming too.

No need for that SSD, the 850 pro will suit your need, cheaper as well.
