Is there a water block for this graphics card

Yes, EK made one.

One of the reasons I bought this card, cause there was a good waterblock for it and the card itself is amazing. (Though I'm not likely going to watercool it, if I did do a custom loop I'd want to get a 980ti or something instead)

I don't think you need to go for water cool for this card.

I have one of these, and the temps have never reached 70 degrees. Even with ambient of 37. You won't benefit in performance from watercooling. But if you're doing it for aesthetics or noise reduction -> go ahead.
