Windows 10 installer keeps crashing at creating media.

hello,

 

this is my first post so sorry if its messed but ive had no problems installing windows 10 on other pcs but on this one the installer keeps crashing (closing) when creating media.

 

any ideas?

Try the windows update troubleshooter. It says Windows 7 but it'll work for 8 if you're using it.

oh im updating via the insider program app not windows update
