Small vertical monitor?

lamdnhan

Howdy,

I'm looking for a monitor that is:

- compact

- cheap

- small (20in <),

- can be use in vertical (portrait) mode.

EDIT: Need to support portrait natively, I can not use vesa mount.

- no fancy panel needed

- 1 degree viewing angle is okay.  :P

I want it to display information that I need to keep track.

Any display can be used vertically. If you find one with a VESA mount you can purchase a 1 monitor stand and mount it sideways.

Buy the cheapest monitor that fits your needs, and then buy an aftermarket stand.  You won't find a portrait monitor.

Which mount you're talking about?

I see couple monitor that can be rotated into portrait mode

Unlikely to find one too cheap.

BenQ RL2460HT is probably your best bet, or for smaller, 22" you've got the BenQ BL2211TM (is not 1080p though).

Smaller than 24" is damn specialist. Smaller than 20" is probably not going to happen (something I have to tell my girlfriend every night).
