How can I set CPU Voltage to Adaptive?

I have been watching Linus' overclocking guide and I managed to get 4.7Ghz stable at 1.3V with temps not exceeding 75c on my 4690K. My voltage is currently set to manual mode at 1.3V. How do I set a max voltage of 1.3v when changing to a adaptive mode because there seems to be a ton more options!
How do I know what to touch  :P

I don't like 2D games...I just couldn't get into them.. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
