First off, no AA or anything like that. Population density, take that down a bit. Also, lower render distance. See what you get from that.

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz - Cooling: NZXT Kraken X61 - Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X SLI - RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares 2400mhz - GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4G - Case: Phanteks P350X - PSU: EVGA 750GQ - Storage: WD Black 1TB - Fans: 2x Noctua NF-P14s (Push) / 2x Corsair AF140 (Pull) / 3x Corsair AF120 (Exhaust) - Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red - Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.

Population variety and density can get very CPU heavy, that's why should reduce it.

Population variety and density hardly affect your fps. I have a 750 ti as well and I've overclocked it pretty far (see signature) and I REALLY recommend you to do the same, the 750 ti really benefits from ocing. My settings for GTA V is everything high with population density, variety and distance at 100%, grass quality set to very high, shadow and texture quality set to very high as well. Tessellation is normal soft shadows are softest, normal ambient occlusion , FXAA on, high detail streaming while flying on and all at 1080p. Like I said, everything else is set to high. I get around 60fps almost constantly, but I do have V sync on. If I turn it off, I usually get 62-54 fps. When I walk into a fucking forest or something though it drops to around 45. See specs in signature.

1. you have a way better processor 2. my GTX 750 HAS NO EXTERNAL POWER(no4 pin, no 8 pin, no6 pin, NOTHING it runns from the power of the PIC-E slot)  :( because the folks at MSI were stupid. its OC's out of the box to the piont that it already has power problems, i have 7 seconds of evrything being fine and then 7 seconds of 9FPS i did manage to overclock it but it coused the dips to be worse and under clocking gave no real result untill i wasent even able to play anything.

My EVGA SC card doesn't have external power as well. And is the i5-4570 THAT much better than the FX-6300?
