Quick tip about pagefile

Hello!

 

I have a laptop with 6gb of ram installed.Whenever i driver fast in GTA V or do heavy stuff,the game starts to stutter horribly or crash.It's using 7200MB of pagefile and 5gb of ram(obviously).The current pagefile settings are set automatically,how much should i set it?(initial and max size?)I usually use the laptop for gaming and web browsing.

Typically, you want your pagefile size to be 1.5x the amount of RAM in your system. So you'll want your pagefile size to be set to 9GB.

What graphics settings are you running at? You may simply not have enough RAM.

Hmm,lowest settings except for distance scaling and high post fx,half vsync and 1366*768 resolution.Its using 760mb~ vram
