The view counter is always slower than the like counter or something like this. There is also the 301+ viewer thing. YT is a bit weird when it comes to the amount of viewers.

Linus paid chinese pro's that have the ability to like more times than they can view something.

And the view count hasn't been updated I guess.

Its because when a video gets 301 views or more, youtube starts checking if they are real views. This is mostly for when people who don't watch the whole video, so their views won't count. In this picture, some of the later views have been counted, but not nearly all of them. Likes don't have something like this  because it isn't needed. Each account can only like a video once, so it is a lot harder for bots to add likes.

YouTube has a hard time keeping count of all the viewers when the video comes out. (hence the 301+ views thing)

Likes on YouTube gets updated as they come in, since One account = One like.

Where as YouTube has to validate the random views from random viewers that videos get. The first ~300 views get updated instantly. And after that YouTube will update the actual view count periodically. Normally a handful times every 24 hours.
