Not at x8 or x16. You may see a very slight decrease at PCIe 2.0 x4, maybe ~10% or so, but unlikely.

i know this is kind of a no brainer question but its somthing thats been on my mind for a while now
my r7 260x is pcie 3 and my board is only pcie 2
will i get any performance increase by upgrading to a pcie3 compatable board
