Bluescreen issue's, need some help

Hey there!

I'm experiancing allot of trubble with bsod's, the most reasonable reason i can come up with are temps of the components.

Cpu seems to idle at 37-45c on fresh start and go all the way up to 55-59c under heavy loade (not oc'd)..
and the mobo NB is somehow reaching C's of 60c as well... wich makes no sence as i'm at stock settings for both the memory, cpu and the mobo.
my cooling should not be bad at all. good airflow as far as i know.

specs:
Cpu: T1100 x6 phenom
Gpu: Titan X (testing) Strix 970 (main)
Mobo: Crosshar iv extreme
Psu: Nzxt 1000w

tell me what ever other info you need that would help solve my issue and i'l provide :)

lock all voltages manually and speeds

kill all throttle and power saving options

maybe ram speed lowered if that dont work

and google the error code maybe its just a driver

@kronickiller

lock all voltages manually and speeds:

As far as i know i have locked them all (all the ones i know what do) and they'r at stock from what info i could find online.

kill all throttle and power saving options:

Also all ready done.

maybe ram speed lowered if that don't work:

as far as i can remember right now there running at 1333 and could run at 1600

and google the error code maybe its just a driver :

will do that but i doubt it as i check for updates for everything on the system almost every day.

One thing that might be a cause is that i haven't flashed the bios at all (don't currently have a usb pin, and afraid to crash the system as i have never done it before)

@techguru

have you tried 1 memory stick at a time in different slots?:

have not done that no, so far not seen any problems with the ram. as far as i can see the crashes only happen when ever i play cpu and gpu intensive games that boot throttle temps allot over what id expect. room temps are at 25-27c with semi good ventilation.

@FruitBasketSilex

Dem bottlenecks.:

the cpu might be bottlenecking both the 970 and the Titan x for all i know, but both seem to have great load % in game. cpu mostly in the 75-80% area and both gpu's from 85-100%. i tho doubt bottlenecks cause BSODs? (this i have no idea about)

@-rascal-

You're missing the more critical details

  1. What CPU cooler are you using?:

I'm using a H70 that i bought at the same time i got the cpu, the pump goes and runs at 1450rpm as far as SpeedFan shows i'm push-pull running the fans that came with it at there max (unsure what rpm they run) but id guess no lower then 1250.

  2. What computer case are you using? Amount of fans?:

I'm using an Nzxt Phantom (the older one) and using 4 fans +2(h70 rad) and the psu fan facing up pulling out. i do have 2 more mounted on the side wich are monsters when it comes to there air flow. but they really hurt my ears so there unplugged atm.

    Fan positioning:

1x 200 top pulling air out

2x 120 on the h70 rad pulling out

2x 120 pulling air in front

1x 120 pulling air in bottom

and the psu pulling air out in bottom back.

When was the last time you cleaned your system out from dust build-up?

i last cleaned it 2 weeks ago and do so every now and then when i see some dust buildup (modded side plexi glass see trough, and upper front air intake)

As far as we know, you could be using a potato to cool your CPU, and you haven't cleaned your computer out since you had your Phenom II X6 1100T and Crosshair IV Extreme (2010?)

Re: spec's since i missed some.

Specs:

Cpu: T1100 x6 phenom  3.3hz locked no turbo, no silent power mode.

Gpu: Titan X (testing in the system right now)  Strix 970 (mainly using) i do have the cards Oc'd but temps are way lower then i have seen a lot of reviews going.

 - Strix 970: at stable 1460hz core and 7650 mem. idle at 45c and max 61c under heavy load.

-Titan x: also stable 1315hz core and 7010 non clocked mem. with temps of 50c idle and max 73c under heavy load.

Mobo: Crosshar iv extreme

mem: Corsair Vengeance ddr3 1600mhz (running at 1333 atm) 16gb usable.

psu: Nzxt HALE90 1000W

And here are the voltages my AI suit is telling me:

Vcore: 1,336v

CPU/NB: 1,111v

CPU VDDA: 2.514v (does this look right? haven't touched this..

DRAM: 1.5v

HT: 1.2v

NB: 1.1v

SB: 1.07v

+3.3v: 3.288v

+5v: 5.08v

+12v: 12.2v

hope this info helps :c

LLC setting maybe

i know my phenom didnt like it too much lol

and whens tha last time u reinstalled lol

most motherboards have option to install bios via hard through bios options without hitting up windows

but i would google that blue screen it will at least tell u where the problem might be
