Single upgrade for adobe premiere help

Linustechtips forum I'm in need you your help. I started doing alot more video editing and my old pc can't keep up. Unfortunately I don't have the money for a new build. So what single upgrade would increase premiere performance especially export times.

Choices are

8gb to 16gb ram

second ssd for preview and cache files

better gpu like 680 or 770

Thanks in advance!

You're sure it's not the CPU that's holding you back? I can use premiere fine on my 5th gen i7 laptop (8gbs of ram, most files stored on a network drive).
