Why do people hate razer so much?

I don't understand why people dislike razer so much.. Hopefully this topic will give me some other's feedback lol.

 

I've had a razer 2013 black widow stealth for 4+ months now and a razer 2012 mamba for about 5 months, both still work perfectly and I don't see all these "build quality" problems.. The only way I could see it breaking is if I intentionally tried to break it lol.

 

I have a couple friends that have never had issues with their products either.. So IDK why people give them such a crappy "rep", it's almost like MAC. Lol

 

Do they have bad customer service or something?

I had a bad experience with my Onza Tournament Edition, went through about 8 of them in 6 months, they all got replaced but i just got sick of dealing with it so i gave it up. I gave them another shot and got a Naga and have ZERO complaints. There customer service to me isn't bad, if anything i would call it "average", by that i mean it feels like your talking to a robot and not a real person.

Terrible products with terrible support. I had a few issues with the Black Widow when I owned it and it came to the point where I had to ship it back to Razer for a THIRD time and they still wanted me to pay for the shipping label. That was the final straw. The only remotely decent product from Razer I've experienced was the DeathAdder and that was 1st generation.

After i went through Swiftech for my H220 all other CS is going to feel terrible to me. Its so nice when you only deal with one person who doesn't copy and paste answers and actually takes time to talk to you.
