price to performance, definitely the DRP3 or NH-D15.

 

AIO's are usually louder, mainly do to the pump and/or crappy stock fans.

 

Out of the DRP3 and NH-D15, the DRP3 is a few dB(A) quieter but it runs a few degrees hotter.
