mobo/processor help

waggythegeek

I'm doing the build in my sig. A friend of mine just convinced me to switch to AMD and a micro-atx mobo. I need wireless internet, and a black/blue color scheme. Ideas?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

Well, I'll try to convince you BACK to intel's side. They are just straight up better for gaming. And by chance, the CHEAPEST mobo for LGA 1150 is a blue/black scheme.

Btw, about wireless lan: good luck. Get a USB adapter.

Oh... you have 750$ + the 280 you already own? WOW. You have a pretty hefty budget. Anyway, here's my build. Best parts are: the blue theme (as requested), the windows copy (which people often don't include) and you can SLI in the future, if you want so. Prices can be cut down if you want, but here's how it goes:

EDIT: I just forgot the case =P. Oh well, you can cut down on the 2TB HD. You can also save 10$ by getting ASRock instead of MSI.
