BuyNSell stuck in chrome

well, it's really annoying the buynsell extension just came out from nowhere now it's stuck, I've deleted BuyNSell in control panel and constantly removing it in chrome tried antivirus but nope.

uninstall chrome and reinstall it?

As mentioned, do a full uninstall of Chrome. What exactly does it do?
