suggest best gaming and video configuration for 500$

i want to know best config i can get for video rendering and gaming for 500$ or 30000inr india ..

1}PROCESSOR 

2}MOTHERBOARD 

3)GPU

4}Ram

btw in india every components  are 40-50$ expensive...

you get 4 cores, an okay mobo 16 gb 2133 ram and a 270x. Won't render 4k well but it will do well on 1080p content creation.

i was hoping this config too but matter is india sucks! gtx 970 alone costs 27000/- 450$ -_-

btw nvidia is only option because it has cuda which helps in video rendering too.. and gtx 750ti is good choice but has no sli support
