Lense for filming
Get a zoom lens with a constant aperture if it's in your budget.
Get a Canon FD-mount 35-105mm/f3.5, constant aperture and parfocal. The first one has a bunch of extras, bottom one is just the lens for $35. Seriously buy it now and one of these: http://www.metabones.com/products/details/MB_SPFD-m43-BM1 It will make it a 50-149mm/f2.5. And even with a normal FD to m4/3 adapter (also very cheap) a 70-210mm is quite useful. And it can do macro pretty well.
Edit: noticed you're in Deutschland..
I don't know anything about this lens, but it looks interesting.. http://www.ebay.de/itm/RMC-Tokina-Close-Focusing-Zoom-35-105mm-35-105-mm-1-3-5-3-5-Canon-FD-/380684071810?pt=DE_Foto_Camcorder_Objektive&hash=item58a289f382
Regular FD to m4/3 adapters (you can find them on Amazon easily too) http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xfd+to+m4%2F3&_nkw=fd+to+m4%2F3&_sacat=0
