Good racing game that doesn't suck?

For Android, of course. I tried out gt racing or whatever its called. I like the idea of racing games on a tablet. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks as long as it dosnt have any micro transactions.

So, requirements:

Must not have micro transactions

Must have controller support

Cockpit veiw would be nice

Dont mind paying

Bonus points of it has a Pagani!

Try Table Top Racing. I don't think its the type of game you are looking for but its fun. :D

Real Racing 3 like someone else said. There are micro transactions, but completely unnecessary. I've played for about a year and I personally spend $5 total.
