Help getting started with LN2 or DICE cooling

As the title says I want to get started with extreme overclocking, but there is a lack of resources compared to watercooling or building your first computer. So can anyone point me to a few articles about this topic. It would also be appreciated if you guys could help find places to buy pots, LN2 or DICE and older components. I also want to know what platform I should start on. I heard Phenom II was pretty good because they don't suffer from cold bugs.

There is 0 use for LN2/DICE cooling unless you're sponsored by ASUS/Gigabyte during an event going for OC records. They already bin all the CPUs so you may go through 6 or more CPUs before you get one that can  actually get past 5.0Ghz and even then 5Ghz is achievable by watercooling.
