My can of compressed air doesn't work

Element921
Go to solution Solved by MourningSouls,

There should be a little plastic tab on the top, pull it off.

I don't know if this is the right forum or not, but I couldn't find anywhere else to post it. I bought a can of compressed air from Fry's Electronics to clean my PC, and it just doesn't work. I put the nozzle in and everything and pulling the trigger just does nothing. Can anyone help?

Help with what? If it doesnt work not much we can do. If you cant get a can of compressed can of air to work you probably shouldnt be touching a computer

Did you read the instructions

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC

There should a pin to pull or similar mechanism that unlocks the can and enables it for use, this should be in the instructions, check it again

Take it back to the store, it probably has a faulty nozzle.

Try shaking the can.

And then poke a hole into it and point the hole into the direction that you want to spray.

Hit is with something sharp as to poke a whole. Make sure to do this in the computer, it will work best that way.
