Learning to code Android

L.E.D

As the title suggests I am looking for a good tutorial to learn Android coding, I was learning the Bukkit API and making minecraft server plugins. But seeing as, what happened with the new EULA and all the shit to surround it. I decided delving into Android would be interesting. I have a bit of knowledge in Java already and I am looking to see if anyone here knows of a good tutorial for learning to code android. Preferably video tutorials. I follow them better. On the same token any help is appreciated.

I learned from thenewboston. Great tutorial but it is a little long.

Coursera.com also offers free Android classes, but it is only offered at certain times so it is something you have to look out for and then delicate a lot of time for instead of going at your own pace.

Finally, there is always a good book. If, you know Java fairly well, then all that you need to really know is how to get things setup.

I would recommend this book. It is not too expensive and it is very detailed in setting up and using advanced Android libraries.

I actually started learning Java from TheNewBoston, so I think I will go that way. Thanks
