An easy thing to do is find an old case, then just chop the slots out.

EDIT: You can buy an mATX one from the same site, but it's still no Mini ITX

Depending on how you do the case, it the angle on the brackets pop out of the back or if you do the curve on the inside. Still it's pretty tricky.
