What kind of thermal paste should i get with an H100i, the h100i will be for a i5-4670k.

Unless you're delidding, h100i is a little overkill on a 4670k.

 

Just sayin'.

Don't get an H100i.  It has a notoriously bad problem with mounting.  Get the H105 if you want to stick with Corsair, or go with a different company.
