Problem with Sound Blaster Z

Hi my SBZ sometimes fails to be recognized by my motherboard everytime I reboot. I have a 990fx extreme 9 i've tried different pci slots and still no luck a guy on overclock.net posted that these cards tend to have this issue and that need to be installed in legacy mode for it to work properly and be recognized.My question is how do i install windows 8.1 in legacy mode i use rufus to install windows allways.Does the mrb option mean legacymode ? and if not how do i install windows in legacy mode ? thanks and any help ill really apreciate it :)

I do believe it is some setting in your bios that needs to be toyed with.

I looked around the bios this is what i found these an option for legacy under raid but i dont use raid.

Also amd ahci bios rom which i dont know what it is

And under asmedia section sata boot rom which says it runs legacy but my ssd and hdd are connected to the amd chip since as media chip tends to cripple performance or so i was told.

It would be under your pci controller, not storage (Don't ask me, I am an audio guy, not much more)
