Cheap but good gaming monitor

Can anyone point me towards a cheap gaming monitor? I am looking to spend under $150 on it preferably $100 if possible. Any help would be great thanks!

the only "gaming" monitors are monitors with 144hz refresh rate which are out of your budget

Let's be real, a 4 millisecond difference in response time doesn't make a visible difference, especially when you account for other factors such as input lagg, and IPS monitors look sooo much better.

I would personally go with this but hey, not my $150
