welp hopefully this is fixed in the current iOS 8 beta 4 or will be fixed in beta 5

Glad my iPhone & iPad are on iOS 8 Beta 4. Hope they've fixed this.

Backdoors like this occur with every platform release whether its iOS, Android or Windows Phone. It's just par for the course, Apple will patch it in time, they kind of have to, to avoid litigation.
